About Zhanyang sits within the work of ZHANYANG PRECISION GLOBAL CO., LTD., which designs and machines process-critical components, molds, fixtures and wafer process carriers for Die Bond, Wire Bond, Die Saw, molding and trim and form stations in Taiwan, all built to customer drawings.

Capability covers material selection, structural design and engineering, precision CNC machining, ultra-precision grinding, EDM, micro-hole and laser micro-drilling, mirror polishing, anti-adhesion nano-coating and clean assembly, across alumina and zirconia ceramics, aluminium nitride, silicon carbide, quartz, tungsten carbide, AlSiC, copper and stainless steel. Dimensional results are verified on coordinate measuring machines, 3D optical metrology and white-light interferometry under an ISO 9001 quality system.
